Video concept and direction
This YouTube video was created as a promotional video for American Bandwidth (2009), my book of essays and blog posts spanning the 2004 presidential election and the first 100 days of the Obama administration. I assembled the video components using a variety of public-domain images and video grabs; rights were secured for use of the video's standing (pre-play) image. I wrote the script, selected the font and the caption styling, and directed the editing.
